The proud and the greedy
this scary world’s trouble
the Pilgrims were fleeing
and soon, they would run to
America

Less frigid than guilty
their very first winter
in Plymouth the Pilgrims
took food that was hidden
America
what would you have done?

Though starving and freezing
how dare they’d think taking?
But they were so Godly
they vowed they’d replace it
America
what would you have done?

We, all, don’t believe, but
God cared that we’d be here
We’re fighting for freedom
Not perfect, but she is
