Hear My Humble Prayer

Stranger N. Pilgrim’s the name I
have had since I’ve been with you
Faithfully, as the whole nation
unravels I’ll make it through

Things are deteriorating
my best loaf of bread has mold
People are fearful all over
and yet your elect still grows

I want to be here
when you return
I want to see the
last day of earth

Nicely, I’m dressed for our wedding
as softly you’ve been with me
While the sides battle intensely
the poor get the peace they seek

LORD, you have left congregations
who’re part of his rotten dream
All who’re not with us form Satan’s
huge artificial machine

Jesus, you’re the King of kings
and the Lord of lords

Few are improving and turning
and pressure is often here
Seeing the mountain that’s burning
we’ll end up with hate or fear

When you return we’ll be nervous
My God, all will be unclear
Friend of no idols we’re serving
regardless, I’m glad you’re near

Hear the voice of my supplications
since LORD, you’re my only strength
The abomination of desolation
has stood in the holy place
I’ve fled to the mountains
Until you return, I’ll stay
