The House

The man is a troublemaker
straight from Satan
and makes the woman complain
and she’s a complainer
while the angel is praying to God
‘Cause we’re wiser to pray than be gone

Three people in a house
one unnatural, one natural, and one supernatural
The unnatural one is like the cruel man
the natural one is like the crying woman
and the supernatural one is like the angel

The house is the world we live in
Or exist in
it isn’t life as we know
this life’s from below us
and the angel is going to God
Better quitters that go than be gone

So, punks, who’ll be put in their place
and friends, who by faith see God’s face
We’ve loved, but we’ve found we were wrong
but meant, and we’ll always want more

And God is the mortgage holder
with his loan he’s
involved with stuff in their home
no, total controller
So, the angel is lowly with God
But we’re better off lowly than gone

Angels meet with people
And they’re sweet to talk to
But they’re extra careful
And they keep on walking
