Waiting, is the biggest treasure
Here’s a lamp that shines to heaven
All affliction’s gone, forever
Fear’s not here, since we’re together

As the birds begin to chirp it’s
something perfect and eternal
Soon, the earth will start to churn but
first, the work of God’s true servant

When I wake up in the morning
with the LORD, here, in the Bible
I’ve got all that I need
That is, for the time being

But it’s heaven, no distractions
– just the cat, here, and my coffee
In my home is all the action
Winners, as the day is dawning

All is peaceful, nothing’s bad here
No contempt from any scorners
eating, drinking, and then, marrying
Could we just prevent the morning?

Have to wake up and face the dumb world

God’s a ship you can’t ignore and
if you saw it, you would board it
It’s a theme that keeps us going
that’s repeated, over and over

Jesus was the boat for Noah
When inside you bless Jehovah
He’s the sea for those with Moses
And the only hope I know of

Not floating but soaring

No more lonely… no more broken

Jesus plans to take me with him
He’s the man and it’s my business
Christ’s a boss who is forgiving
I’m restored when I was sinning

As I’m crawling back he lifts me
Still, his bride, the biggest winner
Every morning, I sing songs and
then, I have to go, see all of
them

Get here, quickly! Don’t be long, Lord
